Our story

sustainability

sustainability

At I&L we are working towards a responsible business model.

It's a path we travel step by step, season by season, with small actions and a lot of teamwork. This responsible model integrates our commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility, always with our sights set on the future.

Our path to sustainability

At Ian Lambert, we take another step forward each season by introducing new, environmentally friendly materials. Our goal is to increase the proportion of natural, organic, and sustainable materials in our collections.

Reduce our environmental footprint

At I & L, we are committed to sustainability and reducing our environmental footprint. Digitizing our processes has allowed us to optimize our work methods, avoiding unnecessary travel and thus reducing CO2 emissions. In recent years, we have relocated our design departments to Spain, ensuring that creativity, collection development, and sample production are carried out locally, adding value and a personal touch to every project.

Take care of your clothes, take care of the planet

At I&L, we believe that caring for each garment is also a way of caring for the planet. We recommend sustainable practices such as washing in cold water and air drying, which extend the life of garments, reduce energy consumption, and contribute to a lower environmental impact.

Resource optimization

We work with the goal of optimizing the use of yarns and other materials in our production. Resources that are not used immediately are allocated to sample production or future collections, allowing us to minimize waste and ensure a more sustainable use of each material.

From waste to resource

We have also implemented recycling and waste management protocols that facilitate the treatment and subsequent reuse of materials. From plastic bags and cardboard boxes to toner cartridges and other materials, everything is reincorporated into different production processes. In this way, we promote the circular economy and ensure the responsible use of resources in the various departments.
